Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Bilgim AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always at this URL, and the effective date below tells you when the current version came into force. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

You are responsible for your account, the credentials you use to access it, and everything that happens under your login. Do not share your account or let anyone else use it.

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used to abuse the service.

Bilgim AI offers a Free plan and paid subscriptions (Starter, Pro). Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance that refills on your billing date.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually). Top-up credit purchases are billed once at the time of purchase. All prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle; we do not refund partial periods.

You agree not to use Bilgim AI to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others. This includes — but is not limited to — the following:

• Sexual content involving real, identifiable people, especially minors.
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
• Political deepfakes, election interference, or impersonation of public figures.
• Material that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Spam, scams, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.

You keep ownership of the prompts you submit and the images you generate. By using the service, you grant Bilgim AI a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to operate and improve the service for you.

Outputs are generated by third-party AI models. Because of how those models work, similar prompts can produce similar results for other users. We do not guarantee that any output is unique to you.

We work hard to keep Bilgim AI fast, available, and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that any particular generation, model, or feature will always be available, error-free, or match your expectations.

We may add, change, or remove features, models, or plans at any time. If a change materially affects a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, abuse the service, or if we are required to do so by law. Where possible, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the issue.

You can close your account at any time from settings. On closure, we will delete or anonymize your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bilgim AI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

We may revise these terms. When we do, we will update the effective date above. For material changes, we will give reasonable notice by email or in-product notification.
